Most expensive place for Dragon Boat Competition

My friend said: It’s time for Dragon Boat Festival here wor. But I think it’s too expensive to hold the competition here.

Coz it’s somewhere in the middle of the city area of Singapore, Orchard Road now becomes Orchard River…
